Great place to go eat....definitely try the boba drinks.
My bento box was missing an item, which is no huge deal (didn’t realize until we got home). but what’s worse is the guy who seemed to be in charge was belittling the employee working the register basically the whole time we waited for our food. That kid seemed so embarrassed. No one coming in for food wants to see that. Not professional.
Decent food and good management are plagued by consistently incorrect orders. Entirely absent owners are dirt cheap and have little to no options available for management to ameliorate these issues. As someone who has worked here and had a positive employment experience, it is especially irritating to deal with the constant little problems ranging from incorrect or entirely absent sauces or wasabi or ginger missing from sushi or being generally skimpy.
