A relaxing place
No signage outside of store and no one answered the phone. Once inside, the staff didn't seem welcoming and there was 5 customers seated. Not sure why no one couldn't answer the phone. It looks like it was an older couple running the shop. We were waiting in line and the lady was yelling at a group of men who were having a meeting at a table. So unprofessional.
If I could give it a 0 I would. I always go here to study and the woman at the desk is ALWAYS rude but I take it cause I just want to study. But today she had the most disgusting attitude and when my guest was looking at the menus for like 1 minute she started yelling saying she has to order immediately. And when asked about some of the stuff in the menu she has the most disgusting attitude answering them making u feel stupid. SO DISRESPECTFUL. I’ve never been disappointed or disrespected like this. I was being kind while the lady was being rude and told me to get out just for asking for the wifi from someone else. I didn’t know that it was not allowed but she was being so rude. i was going to order a drink but she was humiliating me. I got out the first 5 mins because that’s how bad her service was. This hurt me and i would recommend to change their service. I am a person who doesn’t write reviews but this made me write a bad one.
This place has gone to the pits..... the hours are never correct and they don't pick up phone when you call to see if they are open. The owner female is incredibly rude and gives a horrible impression like she doesn't want your service. Coffee is now watered down so much. It's sad because it's just this location but head office clearly doest care because it seems like everyone is saying the same thing.
