Great coffee! I’ve always been a fan of their jalapeño cheddar bagels � The quality of their green tea was excellent! Quaint, clean, & cute atmosphere; even in the ladies room! Friendly staff. Their menu options could use a bit of improvement. Hubby made a food order & decided to get a refund because we realized after ordering that they served hamburgers! Been rather disappointed recently with my drink order. I am a frequent customer who loves her London fogs. However, they seem to be a hit or miss. Most of the time, they taste like water which is disappointing since that’s not what I ordered or pay for. Hopefully this is something that can be addressed and fixed! Other than that, Coffee Bistro is my absolute favorite place to go in Clovis! The food is great and the service is just as good!
