Green chile stew was hearty and friggin delightful. Best green chile cheese burger I’ve ever had. My 6 year old says the bacon-egg-cheese croissants are “a gift from heaven.”

This coffee shop is one like no other! The service is amazing, the food is even better and the owner is a very sweet gentleman and in my eyes, I’d love to go to a business owned by a local person who is just an all around good person and support them! Thanks Kerry for a wonderful first experience and to your wonderful staff Vanessa and Melissa (amongst many others there), y’all really WOWed me with your service, business and hospitality. I pray many years of GREAT business for you guys! You definitely deserve it.

Although I recommended Coffee Bistro because it is tasty and the employees are nice, be careful if you are Gluten Free. I asked for gluten free bread for someone in my family and the sandwich was half gone when I realized the gluten free bread looked identical to their bread with gluten. After I called to confirm, they said the wrong sandwich was put into the bag and the gluten free sandwich was still at the restaurant. I’ve been here twice now. I have a two hour break between classes and it’s really close by. The two sandwiches I’ve had were delicious. Today I got to try their mac n cheese which was really good. It’s nice and quiet when I go and the staff is always really friendly. This will probably become a weekly regular spot for me
The staff were not educated enough to do what my instructions they wrote down were! Very rude girls who work there and very immature! Was very disappointed in the service & food I got at the Coffee Bistro!! Will not recommend to anyone now or later to ever buy a sandwich 🥪 from y’all or anything for that matter! What a waste of money & time!!
