This place is a the worst in customer service and the man try to charge me more then wats advertised. It’s a shame. Stay away.
Well, I tried to get a latte... After about 5 minutes waiting at the counter, I see a lady staring at her phone in the back. I try waving her down but she was consumed by whatever she was doing on her phone. I understand people need breaks but a sign would have been nice, if she was on a break or something.
I had posted 1 star for not being open a couple times, owner replied saying sometimes, things don't go as planned, Let me be honest, going to the mall there is a pain nowadays but I drive there just for the cold coffee because I find it to be THE BEST of the area my wife and kids included... I raised to 3 stars for that owner's reply and I'm looking forward for a 3rd try and find you open so I can introduce myself and raise it to 5 stars.. I like what you have there, make it happen! Let's do this!!! Cheers!
Be careful of the price, he usually overcharges over the mentioned price by adding add-ons without informing
Some damn good coffee. Worth it for the flavor and service. Prices are iffy but it's reflective of the positives.
