The customer service here this morning was off the charts! This review is way overdue considering the guy working there this AM and typically every other morning I visit is always in a great mood and happy to be personable even when very busy. Coffee and chocolates definitely has the best coffee downtown but the excellent service sends it over the top.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Knoxville! The quality and care that goes into the coffee, chocolate and other desserts is exceptional.
Absolutely loved this place, we're coming back to TN in August and coming to Knoxville specifically to come here! Me and my wife had our anniversary night out in downtown Knoxville. After dinner, my wife wanted a coffee. We saw starbucks and this place after seeing the pictures, we had to check it out. It was an absolute treat! We popped in near closing. Just discovered Coffee & Chocolate. Not only did I have a great experience interacting with staff and enjoyed the most decadent hot chocolate and peanut butter and chocolate desert ever. Everyone should try it out if you haven't.
