I used Cody to sell a property that I had in Gordon Head in May, 2025. He was great to work with, very knowledgeable and professional, and took the time to understand what I was looking for in regards to a sale. He certainly knew the market and the price range, I had 3 offers over asking in less than 24 hours and closed the deal in less than a month, and the entire process was smooth and seamless.
