Cody was an excellent help when we bought an apartment for our daughter in Victoria. As most impulsive decisions leave little room for planning, Cody was willing to assist us while on his vacation when we reached out. He was patient in helping us finding the right place and negotiated a good deal for our family. He's a super nice guy and very good at his job!!

I would highly recommend working with Cody! I recently purchased a home - it was the perfect home for me, but I wasn't sure it was the right time. Cody was so patient and a great sounding board as I worked through the process. Cody genuinely cares about finding the right home - it definitely isn't just about another sale.
