Cody & Sons replaced my HVAC and water heater in same visit. This was a planned replacement, but it was tricky as the building where I live is nearly 100 years old. I took bids from 3 vendors and went with Cody & Sons. The estimate was detailed, and Mike answered my many questions and was timely in follow up. Cody from Cody and Sons, gave me GREAT service. Listened to all I had to say and diagnosed water heater situation. I have used this company before and definitely will again. Always dependable, courteous service.
The service was quick and done well. Everything was talked about ahead stone to include prices and what that includes. They went through the entire area over again to ensure that it worked and there was no issues.
They came when they said they would and were very thorough. Diagnosed the problem and explained everything very clearly. And this is in the aftermath of the snow storm! Very professional. Highly recommended.
Found Cody & Sons about four years ago and they have been life savors for both heating/ac and plumbing. We do repairs and maintenance with them and have never been disappointed with service or cost. The techs are polite and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys if you need repairs and/or maintenance.
I called for repair of constantly running toilet and other minor issues, including eliminating an unsightly loop of plumbing conduit that was visible against a wall. 2 plumbers came out and were very nice. They initially told me the entire toilet would have to be removed in order to fix it. This did not jibe with what I'd seen online so I questioned it. I had Cody & Sons out to get another opinion/quote on a tub repair I needed. I thought I already knew what the issue was, based on what another reputable plumber had told me. I shared the information with Cody & Sons upon arrival, but the plumber told me that he could actually fix my existing tub and quoted me a little over $1000 for the work. Cody & Sons do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I recently called the plumbers Cody & Sons to come out and look at a problem I had with my dishwasher. After two trips, not only did they not fix my dishwasher, but they caused a new problem. Now, fresh water pours into my dishwasher. I have to use a ShopVac to vacuum up the fresh water every four hours. This NEVER happened before they came out. Cody & Sons have refused to take responsibility for their mistake.
