Cody has terrific skills. We were hopeful that our mountain home would be beautiful. He promised to help us manage costs and identify lovely options within our budget. He also promised that due to his construction background, he would anticipate construction mistakes that would compromise outcomes. He failed to deliver on every count. We are currently working on remodeling our fourth home with Cody and his team. We are continuously impressed by not only his eye for design but his understanding of functionality and construction.
