These doors are the worst and only topped by their avoidance of taking responsibility. Our home won the 2018 Yakima Tour of Homes. It is amazing, the painter, the retailer, and the builder want to make it right. I assume senior management probably doesn't know about this if they spend money marketing.
The door arrived with cosmetic damages on the bottom front of the door. I contacted Codel directly and was told to submit a warranty form online. During this phone conversation they asked me the purchase and install date. After I submitted the form I was contacted by email stating the damage wouldn't be corrected since it's not visible further than 3 feet away (how could they possibly know this?)
