GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH HANDS ON DEMO
Okay experience the instructor was nice at the beginning which later became very rude and condescending after that I couldn’t concentrate well due to his attitude. The room was hot and humid the mask was deflated which caused issues with my test. Thankfully I got my card . I won’t be coming back here again. Never experienced this before .
My instructor was patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. She created a comfortable environment where I felt confident practicing and asking questions. The real-life examples made the online training feel relevant and memorable.I feel much more confident in my CPR skills now. This was the best virtual training I’ve done — I’d definitely take another course with this company in the future.
