I was supposed to pick up my item on Feb 14, I was told because of "season" (who knows that that means) that would have to pick up that following Monday which was a holiday. So I waited until today to recieve my item and the phone is no longer in service. If I drive to sandiego and do not recieve my golds... These reviews are rather telling.
Asian lady that works here is very rude and doesn't understand the price of gold.
Really bad costumer service and plus I had a really bad experience with them I always go on weekends to do my payments but it was one I was close by and I pass to Do a payment on a Tuesday and of the ladys was I handed my payment to her and she wrote on my proof that I paid and like a month y went back on a weekend to pay and now they saying I didn’t pay I have the proof but they said that’s not their hand writing and I told them to put the cameras on because they have cámaras but they don’t want to do it and I don’t think i... read more
