I went to get my cross pendant fixed, and they made it worse; they did a sloppy, ugly job. I do not recommend them at all! Terrible service.

I should've known better than to purchase a diamond ring but I didnt anyways. I came here to get myself something nice and I ended up purchasing a "diamond ring". Well I fell on some hard times and pawned it. THE DIAMONDS ARE NOT REAL. THEY ARE ABALONE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SELLING FAKE DIAMONDS. IM HIGHY UPSET AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. CHECK THE DIAMONDS FOR AUTHENTICY BEFORE PURCHASING !!!!!!!!!!!

I was supposed to pick up my item on Feb 14, I was told because of "season" (who knows that that means) that would have to pick up that following Monday which was a holiday. So I waited until today to recieve my item and the phone is no longer in service. If I drive to sandiego and do not recieve my golds... These reviews are rather telling.

Asian lady that works here is very rude and doesn't understand the price of gold.
