Great location, friendly staff and secure parking (limited availability, and expensive, hence the 4 stars for location). Parking is listed as $55/day on the website but we were told $65/day upon check in. The unit was not as clean as I would have expected. The primary sofa in the living area was littered with stains likely from a pet (see pics). Nice location and building itself, but the apartment was very basic, not cozy at all, zero try to make it somewhat inviting. The receptionist was on her phone the whole time. Gave us key to the apartment, but forgot to check us in. Then we got a call at 1 am (!) asking when are we going to check in… without even apologizing! Beds are terrible! Very narrow and extremely noisy! Paid almost $70 for one night of the garage while the booking site was saying it will be $50… Overall, definitely not worth $536 per night we paid for ... read more
Our stay at the Coda on the Half was fantastic. Excellent location, with food and entertainment within walking distance. We will be sure to keep the Placemakr's portfolio in mind when suggesting or visiting Washington, DC. Thanks again.
It was very easy to book and the directions were clear. The room was very clean and neat with everything I needed. The location is fantastic; there is so much to do in the neighborhood and it's easy to catch Metro from here too. The few tenants I meet were friendly.
地點位置佳 離中心與旅遊景點都不遠 適合多天的家庭旅遊度假 有4個房間、小客廳、廚房、洗烘機 由於是開車旅遊 停車一天要60美金 超級不方便 進去時都需要去櫃檯叫人過來用遙控器開門 有時櫃台也沒人在 😵💫 再者， 我們住4天3夜 房間是不幫忙打掃 除非你住上一週以上才幫忙打掃 否則是需要另外付費 廚房使用的垃圾、廚餘都是自己需要拿去丟 廚房內的鍋具勺子都不太齊全 浴巾是不會每天來更換，或是可以多索取 因此需要自己記得洗烘浴巾 這些是住飯店比較不合理的狀態 雖然櫃檯人員checkin時候態度很好 在飯店的service服務算是不好的。
