I have been a tenant at Coda on Half for 2 years and I love it! I relocated from another state and the entire staff made me feel extremely welcome, being here feels like a family. What ever concerns I had they were met right away, it is very clean and the decor through out the complex is beautiful. This was a great choice for me. Safety was always a concern I feel very safe here.

I have told him about the incident and he’s going to tell me that we did not contact them in time, but I have called multiple times and even went to the front desk and I have proof of me: and nobody reached back to me. The place is nice and location is good but the parking situation makes no sense. I paid $200 for parking for 3 nights and every time you need to enter the parking garage you have to call them and wait for someone to come out and open for you. They said someone is always available but I wait at least 15 minutes, they don’t always pick up the phone. It’s very inconvenient to cost this much.
This is a fabulous place for the cost. People who stay here have access to the penthouse and a library room. There’s a washer and dryer in the room and the staff are beyond helpful. I will be returning.Great job
