This is an amazing place to live! The staff is impeccable and extremely helpful . We relocated from another city and Tyrone went out of his way to make sure we had absolutely everything we needed ! He has such a sprit of EXCELLENCE!! Casey the maintenance man is also excellent . We had a few minor repairs and he came right away to make sure everything was working in tip top shape!!! I love this place
Tyrone Harmon is a phenomenal property manager. He is extremely helpful and kind. Very grateful for his leadership in the building.
I’ve been living at Coda on H since 2022, and I can confidently say the transformation of this building under new management has been night and day. When I first moved in, the property was poorly managed. There was a noticeable lack of structure, responsiveness, and care. I moved out on Dec 2 last year and didn’t get the security deposit back and I emailed the property staff about my deposit on Jan 6 and they asked me to provide the new address (this was my first time that I applied for the apartment by myself since I moved to the US and I might not know something and when I returned the key I asked if I need to do anything else but they said I was good to go) I still haven’t gotten the deposit and then I emailed again on February 4 and they said they’ve reach out the accounting department fo... read more
This building was okay. But it’s going down hill fast. The elevators regularly don’t work. The air, yes the air in your luxury building during the DC summer heat, keeps going out. The windows in some units don’t work. They don’t keep cleaning supplies in the already mid gym. They can’t even find a way to let you pay online consistently. You’ll have to go get a money order or cashiers check. And if you drive you do not have access to street parking. So you’ll pay to use the garage that is regularly blocked.
