I don’t even know where to begin with this review. I’m posting to warn other applicants to STAY AWAY from this building as its property manager Isiah Williams is a terrible person. For context: my sister and I signed a lease on an apartment over a month ago and were slated to move in 3 weeks time. (My current lease at my current apartment also ends in 3 weeks fyi). Great resident events! I loved the 4 corners comedy show! Vibe was on point!

Brock from 4 corners was phenomenal tonight! I had a great time. Hilarious guy and his service was great. We need him back ASAP! I’ve had nothing but a great experience living here so far! Cori, Caroline and the whole team has made my transition here so easy. I love the community atmosphere of Coda and I’m looking forward to the new additions being added to the neighborhood!
I am a new resident at the Coda and the person who made my move into the apartmenent outstanding was Mrs Rennel Richardson who is a jewel who went above and beyound.She is very hard working and thoughful plus custom service was excellent!!!!
