My mind led me to do a float. As I felt my mind quieting and my body gently aligning, I realized my body was going to do the telling, not my mind. The Cocoon facility is spotless and the staff is knowledgable and gracious. I look forward including floats as part of my wellness program.
I have severe Fibromyalgia and for the first time in 2 years, I was completely pain free! It actually made me cry it was such a relief! I'll be heading back for sure!!
