Location was good but we had some troubles with our room that were not tended to. The sofa bed was broken so guests who when booking thought we had a bed for had to sleep on the floor. Also the Jets in the hot tub were not really working either.
When we first arrived, we had no clue where to check-in. The signage is horrible. Finally figured out where to check-in, but still no clear signage at the location. Basically saying is this where we go. The person at the desk was not welcoming at all. No hello, are you here to check in. When we checked out, no clue where to drop the keys. No signage. Do we go to the front or back of the resort?? Charged 150.00 to my card for parking that was already included in my rate. Still waiting for that to be put back on my card. I che... read more
re evaluating this rustic resort over visit last spring...more than refreshed CLEAN...EVERY CORNER...EVERY TURN. Gratitude to Jenny and Hillary being instrumental in refresh...renew and clean.
