IF YOU STAY HERE WATCH YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT CLOSELY FOR EXTRA CHARGES MONTHS LATER. I stayed in July was fine. The staff was friendly and the condo was clean. The nightmare started after our stay. The condo charged us for the parking fee and condo fee as we expected. They additionally charged us a cleaning fee we were told would be refunded as the condo was left clean without damage. Terrible experience. Our room was 85 degrees because the A/C didn’t work, so we did not sleep well. We were told breakfast would be available on Tues/Thurs, but it wasn’t. One night the fire alarm went off and we had to stand outside for an hour. (I am the who had to call 911 since alarms were going off for over 5min). The next morning, a family member got stuck in the elevator for 25 minutes! Maintenance was very persistent and told us to NOT call 911 even though he has a heart condition. Coconut Mallory was the BEST experience ever. Got there after hours, had our envelope waiting for us not only with the keys but with a note detailing all of our needs. Thanks so much Dave Smith & Jenny Eppy, my daughters 21st birthday vacation trip was beyond fantastic. The area by the office super tropical, cozy and colorful. This place is a hidden gem, the apartment felt like being at home, everything clean, all neat & comfortable. The common area was fabulous. We had a bbq right by our room super clean with gas & all.
