Refusing to refund with the Covid-19 pandemic going on. All beaches, bars and restaurants are closed, as well as most tourist attractions. Shame on you!

I would never stay at a property that won’t refund during a national emergency! That’s shameful and disgrace to hard working people. Some who have saved a long time to be able to take a trip!
