Barbie and Sam were really helpful with local color and recommendations. Plus we got to see Manatees just off the deck!
Our room was incredible. We had one of the 2 bedroom units. It was so nice to have room for our large family. The pool was great. Our view wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was even an issue with the dates of our stay. They contacted Expedia and clarified it quickly. Since this is the 2nd time I have had an issue with a room I have booked through Expedia and the other was at a totally different hotel, I will say Expedia is the one with a problem. I will gladly be returning.
Nani is awesome!! Rooms were awesome!!!! Boathouse was awesome!!
Marina was a perfect 5...the room maybe and I mean maybe a 3, it has little to love. We stayed in 2 bedroom upstairs unit. It definitely needs a detailed deep cleaning (just felt dirty), needs love on the decor, maybe a trip to the dollar store for kitchen utensils and pans. We paid for the location and being on the water. Wayyyyover priced .. can definitely get better down the road on water. We know now for next time.
