Nicole is fantastic. Not only as a person, but as a hair stylist. For new balayage appointments you have to set up a consultation first, which I think is a great idea, so we both know where we are trying to get to for the color. She went over the approximate price so it wasn't a surprise at the end like most of my appointments have been. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the treatment and time she took on my hair.
