TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. NOT ONLY HAS IT TAKEN 4 YEARS TO RECEIVE A CLICKER TO THE GATE (and still don't have one and now it's open to everyone on east tabor), NOW THEY ARE GETTING RID OF ALL OF THE VISITOR PARKING AND MAKING IT ALL RESERVED. SO BASICALLY YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA PARKING SPOT OR PARK DOWN THE STREET AND AROUND THE CORNER, IN THE HOOD. THIS PLACE IS ABOUT TO BE SHUT DOWN.
The maintenance is slow and alot of roaches
I lived here back in 2013-2016 all I can say is They already had Roaches when I lived there the original manager Fatima was racist and did nothing her and her husband was a wanna be maintenance man. She also had her family and her friends live there especially her mom who lived in the back, but they been had roaches and bed bugs
Dont move here at all. If they wont do anything about the roaches or whatever you have issues with.SUE THEM, BRING THEM TO COURT. MAKE SURE YOU DOCUMENT EVERYTHING AND HAVE PROOF Ima put in simple words DONT DO IT. Its not worth it at all. The cost is too much for an unsafe area. Homeless always inside the property. You hear them all the time. Its not worth it.
Please please please do NOT rent here. This is a WARNING. Trust me you will regret moving here. Its loud, homeless come and hang out and urinate in the corners inside and outside the buildings even the mailroom. ITS ROACH INFESTED, you have to bomb the whole building not just the apartments to get rid of it. They will price gouge during lease renewal to found out the listed price is different. I have photo proof of everything.
