They do not sterilize their equipment. I went for a gel manicure, she took out a tray with all her tools which were open and loose and I asked if they were new and clean. She said yes and then proceeded to spray sanitizer on my nails and the tools. This is basic cleanliness. Using a clearly used nail file is another red flag. Not safe to go here.
A week ago I went with my sister to get a pedicure Mare and Inés are the best and super experts on this subject after several places I found just where they really know how to do things they are not in a hurry they leave your feet like a princess. Yesterday I came back for manicure and Michelle did an incredible job I will definitely stay here for my mani pedi they are always fantastic and meet my expectations of a pedi we will always ask for Inés and Mare
Used to go here and be very happy with the product and services. Recently, my last 3-4 gel manicures, have barely lasted a week without chipping. My pedicure’s too. I’m not sure if she’s using thinner product or watering the polish down but the quality is visibly worse and I’m very dissatisfied. I got a pedicure and it literally wore away in one day.
