I been going to this store for about a year. I left my reward card home and cashier would not enter my telephone number so I could get $3.00 off my next visit . I spend about 50.00 per month with this company and this is how they treat their customers. I will never go back. Bad customer service..

i make synthetic dreads so i need kanka hair i went to cocos to buy in bulk and they were so rude to me and looked at me like i grew a new head i am white and i think that had pull on how they treated me i was actually scared i will stick to my nice asian women on emerson

Cocos has horrible customer service I went in there one time and the girls were following me around the store, then they watch you like a HAWK!! Dont go there they are the worst

CoCo Beauty Supply has three locations, 103rd St, Roxy's on Normandy Blvd. and CoCo on Monument Road, and I'm visted them all, and they all have poor customer service. While I personally stop shopping at any of their locations, I have been in their stores with friends, who have also stop stopping with them. They follow you around the store, like your a thief, and the staff is rude and very unprofessional. Do not buy expensive hair extensions from Coco's as they will not stand behind what they sell. I bought the VIP TAPE X brand hair extensions and after only 1 week the hair began to matt and tangle up like dog hair. I am supposed to be able to get 4-6 months use out of this hair and was forced to take it out after only 1 months because it tangles so fast, I could only wear it in a ponytail.
