Does a thorough inspection followed up with a phone call to go over the findings. I selected Chris because he is a retired Navy officer. Since I am from out of state that was the factor that distinguished him from the other choices, I figured you can't go wrong with a vet...and I was right.
Chris was prompt about getting us scheduled and very attentive to our deadlines. As a REALTOR® I really appreciate vendors who can communicate effectively with my clients and give them a realistic picture of what needs to be done now, what can wait and what is simply a matter of long-term maintenance. Inspectors who cannot communicate well can kill a deal quickly over things that can be worked out.
Chris did an outstanding job inspecting a 4 Plex I was considering buying, from out of State. He noted all the possible problems and gave me some good advice. I highly recommend Chris for your home inspection needs.
