Not only did Mr. Cochran do a thorough job of inspecting our house, including a comprehensive report with pictures but he was very personable and helpful regarding issues he thought most urgent to address. We were greatly encouraged as well about the strong points of the house he was able to tell us about. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Cochran, and we would strongly recommend him!
We were out of town when we had to have a home inspection done so Chris was our eyes. Great Report. Found some defects that needed fixed by the sellers. Thank you Chris.

Chris did an excellent job inspecting the home we planned on purchasing. We were doing a really quick closing and he was able to make time in his busy schedule for us. Each time he found something that wasn’t quite right he showed us right away. He also showed us things that were really good about the house. We would use him again if we were purchasing any other homes and would recommend him to anyone who was looking for an inspector.
