These guys are very professional... since everything is computerized now, they need only a model and serial number to find parts for equipment. They are very helpful in picking out the right equipment for my use and are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have had great luck with their service department as well...after several disappointments with guys working out of their houses.
These guys were great! They fixed a mangled crank shaft on my lawn mower and the thing runs great now. I would highly recommend them. Not unreasonable with repair price.
Worst business I've dealt with in 35 years! My experience was with ordering mower parts for an old tractor. Their help with determining what you need is absolutely terrible unless you can give them the part numbers or the exact model and serial numbers yourself. This can be hard to do on older equipment. They are a dealer for this tractor I have and they are clueless! I had them order some parts from looking at a detailed drawing from the owner's manual that that we concluded together are probably the right ones...they weren... read more
