We had water coming thru the ceiling and one call to Cocalico and from the moment I called in until the repair was made it was amazing we were handled, Doug our technician was by far one of the best we have had in our home. Being in the service business myself for a long time it was nice to see that taking care of people is still a priority, thanks again
They replaced our air conditioner and heat pump today. Two of the nicest guys, did a great job. Very efficient, very clean. I would definitely hire them again.

Terrible customer service, very overpriced. Technicians that don’t have a clue what they’re doing... charged me $1000 to fix a clog when in all actuality my pipes were crushed, they will not back their work to correct the situation!! I had to have another plumber come 10 days later to fix the actual problem! Don’t waster your money on these clowns!!!

I have been with CPH for 10 years, they installed my System 2000 and I can’t be more satisfied. They service it each� year, and my $$ savings from this fantastic system keep adding up. This system halved my fuel oil usage. Thanks Andy and Sherrie�
I had an issue with my wash tub drain in the basement I called them and they were able to take care of it as soon as possible...I would recommend them !!
Best landlords ever been their tenant for 14 years have always taken care of any problem. And they are good people they care they treat their customers and tenants like they are important and like family. I highly recommend them
