We just bought our house in July and so far have needed gas line replaced and a now a furnace repair. Both times CPH sent out Sam and Eric, and both times have been awesome experiences. The pricing was straightforward and reasonable, and most importantly, they fixed the problems. Being new to the area we were nervous about hiring someone based only on online reviews, but we've been very happy. It's great to have someone we can trust for repairs.
CPH quoted me a price to replace a kitchen faucet plate and they did not honor the quote, they charged me more! Upon contacting them, they refused to make this right.
So down to earth but professional to the core. They took the time to explain the problem and what the options were to fix our leak. We have ALWAYS had excellent and PROMPT service. We highly recommend CPH!
