These people will keep your deposit. They were sued in Cobleskill and the Judge awarded punitive damages to the tenant because of willful violations of NYS general obligation law. That means they made stuff up and lied about why they kept the deposit. If they do that to you, you are entitled to 3x's the amount of your deposit.
We drove 3 hours to view an apartment here. Office manager was BEYOND RUDE and disrespectful. we were in touch as I made the drive up there. When I got there, nobody would answer me. After multiple messages went unanswered. I called the office and was met with a very rude male employee. They told me to come to the office which I did, there was no one there.
