Great customer service, beautiful building. Very comfortable seats and my nails are perfect. I don't live in town but I visit often, I will never go anywhere else there to get my nails done. This place is awesome!!!!!
RecommendedTook my daughter in today, she got her nails done, and I got a pedicure, and we both had our eyebrows waxed. Everyone was very through with the services they provided and very friendly. We were both very pleased.

I have been going to Cobe Nails for years. Today one of the men could not understand what I wanted and started yelling at me so everyone could hear. I told him the lady was working that had previously done what I was requesting, but he would not listen. He kept yelling. He was very disrespectful and rude. Every customer and worker heard the whole exchange. I bet they lost a lot of customers today. For sure, they lost this one and all my friends!
Came in with a big party & they got to us pretty quick. They were a little rude tho with my 2 year old niece & got upset she was splashing in the water. Had a large selection of color, tons of chairs & people working.
Horrible customer service I’ll never go back � I had my nails done one day and the next day I noticed they were awful horrible bumps really thick asked to be fixed and I got told I have to pay another 65 on top of my 60 ... no thanks.

I am a regular at Cobe. Lou Ann is amazing. However, I booked a wedding nail day for myself and the bride 2 weeks in advance. I spoke to multiple employees at the salon about designs etc. I PHYSICALLY watched Tammy mark our appointment down for the bride and myself while my nails were drying. Show up on time to our appointment to be told there never was an appointment, no one was available to do them. Andy shows me the appointment book and you can clearly see where someone whited out our appointment. He never once apologized... read more
