The pedicure was OK but the manicure was subpar. My polish was regular so it didn't dry, rubbed off before I even walked out and the tech was more concerned about the four pedicures that walked in. Never finished with me so no hand and arm massage.

He is a very good nail tech and a very honest person with excellent personal values. He would never cheat a client by skimming on any service. We would like to address that the steps in performing a gel manicure versus a regular-polish manicure are different. I come here quite often and LOVE it. I always leave with my nails looking fabulous and I have an enjoyable time each visit. I have fun conversations while being pampered and this place just feels so comfortable. A+++

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Friend was unhappy with acrylic nails and asked her man nicely to take them off. He was extremely rude and said she still had to pay full price for the nails. When asked to speak to the manager, she was also rude and wouldn't even listen. I would suggest any other nail salon before them.
