We waited 45 minutes for our breakfast and over an hour just to receive water. When the breakfast finally arrived, it was cold and did not taste good.
I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Northeast Philadelphia while my husband had surgery at Fox Chase Hospital. What was supposed to be a short stay turned into a longer one due to complications, and the hotel staff were incredibly compassionate and flexible, making a stressful time much easier.
