RecommendedI feel very safe in the apartment community and that is what matters to me most. I am surrounded by god and kind people. The grounds are very well taken care of, the office staff is always there to help and answer questions. Only complaint is no guest parking but if that is it I’ll take it.

We lived here for almost a year and a half. We never had any major issues. Maintenance was really good about taking care of anything that needed fixing, the property always looked good, amenities were taken care of, and the ladies in the office were always very nice and helpful. I was never crazy about the trash truck coming early in the morning, but there isn't much I can do about that but just be thankful that trash was taken care of. Not only have the staff been super welcoming and wonderful, they are super dog friendly! When I walked into my apartment, there were two doggie gift bags, one for each my dogs! Never had any place do that before! Also, my dogs decided to go on a bit of a freedom run and they were brought to the front office where they were well taken care of and spoiled. So in short, this place is absolutely awesome.
Best apartments I have ever lived in! Staff is incredibly nice, super helpful, and always prompt. Love calling this place my home!
My husband and I LOVED living at cobblestone ridge! The amenities are super nice, the maintenance team is always super quick to fix any problems that arise, and the management team was always extremely helpful! During the first month of us living there one of husky’s got out of our apartment and they caught him, then even kept him in the office until I could drive home from work to get him! We highly recommend cobblestone ridge to all of our friends!
I've lived here for almost 4 years and I love it.. the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They really do go out of there way too make you feel like family!!! I would very much recommend anyone to live here!!
We have lived here since September of 2009. I am a 100% disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD. Our last two neighbors downstairs have enjoyed complaining about everything. (One or two previous neighbors complained once or twice but nowhere near the volume of the current resident) I have to have the sound up on whatever it is I am listening to in order to hear it, music, movies, audiobooks; because I have detrimental hearing loss in both ears.
