Customer service at the facility is great. Nick is always willing to help. The car wash does a wonderful job cleaning my car.
Car wash is good. Sometimes issues at the end where green light doesn't flash to drive out.I would like to see monthly discounts for seniors. Individuals (Nick) is/are friendly and helpful.
On 09/19/2024 I took the Ford F250 truck that belongs to our CEO in for a single wash. I was signed up for a membership without my permission nor my knowledge and was not given a receipt. For the last year my corporate credit card has been charged $27.00 per month. I cannot get resolution and would like the money refunded in full (not partial) please in the amount of $254.00 as the membership was never used.
