Every time I come here I select the wash I want and the guy who writes up the order ALWAYS tries to up sell me to a wash or detailing job I don't need. Once is enough, but they don't understand the words no thanks and literally follow me toward the store entrance changing their sales pitch and agressive nature worse than used car sales men or a time share presentation. The wash is good, but if I wanted a detailing I'd ask about it. But if I say no the first time, I mean it
Found out that Cobblestone Auto Spa - Surprise has been taking $29.99 out of my credit card a month since last Feb. Contacted the admin office and they were supposed to get back to me after they located the "signed contract" which I know they don't have one because David my husband never signed one. This has been a nightmare that a business like this can take your money without your knowledge. Please beware of Cobblestone Auto Spa! A can of cherry soda exploded in my car. They charged $120 for a full detail that took an hour and a half. Yes, they got the soda out of the biggest problem area, the light grey cieling. Their boss looked at it after an hour and made them keep working. In the end, I got in and immediately found red little splatters on the doors...really? I watched them a majority of the time and I saw two guys with towels wiping the outside of my car over and over and over. Save your money.
