As you are aware the police have been notified of your harassment to our employees and you have been asked to no longer contact or enter the premises. We will be requesting Facebook to remove your recommendation due to false accusations.
I paid over $24 today for a car wash that included tires wheels vacuuming disinfecting the inside etc. etc. I was appalled when I got into my car, the windows were not thoroughly cleaned someone vacuumed like they didn’t give a S…. And they couldn’t even wipe down things on the inside. What a sham😡

Just left there. I had to wipe the entire interior of my car when I got home. Seats were not wiped, cup holders were not wiped, doors were not wiped. The vacuuming was horrible.

Vacuuming includes the first two rows and then anything in reachable distance. If your vehicle needs a deeper cleaning, that would be considered one of our Detail packages. I always love every experience at Cobblestone. All employees are so very caring, and I am more than happy every time I work with your team. Plus, at the Frank Lloyd Wright always talks to me (a woman), in a respectful manner. There is one employee (I am so upset his name evades me, but he's a Dragon Ball fan, so that narrows it down), he knows my cars, and I trust him with my quick fixes, entirely. They were, reasonably fast and did a good job on inside. Wiped outside good but could have better around door posts
Cleaning the mats as an interior & exterior Platinum Plus $38 wash and not even wiping the dash or door sides is not a quality service. Also cashier was RUDE and informed me they will no longer offer the discounts previously promised. NEVER GOING BACK
