This is the WORST Car Wash anywhere!!!! The customer service is the worst and the “hard sales” guys checking you in only want to sell you a detail and when you don’t want to buy it but buy a $40 wash and ask the inside to be cleaned properly because every time we give them a second chance they leave it just as dirty, the guys tell you, “the interior is only done well if you buy a detail”. These guys all work hard and do the best they can. Some of these people think they are getting the car detailed!!! I saw 2 different people complain because they wanted every inch of the inside and outside spotless!!! Give it a rest and don't forget to tip these people!!!!!
Do not do business here unless you enjoy having your belongings stolen. I took my car to the Cobblestone on 15816 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZ and they stole my property - a handgun - from the center console. I immediately went back to the store. The manager, Donnie, showed me grainy security footage which showed nothing, and pointed to the disclaimer on the wall that Cobblestone takes no responsibility for theft by its employees. When they say it’s a free Creasy coupon they wash your just that way half ass and rush u out the door won’t be back
The passenger seat in my car is filthy o took pictures will call manger it needs to cleaned funny thing is. No one has been in that seat
After repeated assurances and discussions with the manager, they have repeatedly charged my credit card for services I did not pay for. I have disputed these with my card company and yesterday another one was charged! WATCH OUT CONSUMERS!
The staff here is super friendly! I got my car detailed and they were able to get scratches out I didn't think was possible! My car looks better than it did when I bought it!!! Though it did take some time, it was truly worth every minute and dollar spent! Thank you so very much Nick, TJ, Jace, and all the staff who helped to make this a positive experience!!!
