Why does this practice charge $25.00 for a signature on a preK form? They literally asked us to "fill out the form" and then they just said someone would sign it. So many others told us that their pediatricians just filled them out for free. Seems like a really easy way to keep patients satisfied. Sorta disappointed.
I am giving 3 stars to the practice. Only because of their front staff. I absolutely love Dr. Robert's. So much so that I have put up with the incompetence of the front staff and drive from Covington to see them. I have had issues with them making appointments for another child with the same name and same birth date under my child's name and then charging me a no show fee of $50.00 every missed appointment. We have been going here for years and have always received the best care from Van Putten!! Always able to get an appt quickly and never wait long to actually see the dr, love them!!
I really like the doctors, except for one, who are great with my kids. Nurses not so much. Just wish that family practice doctors still existed. Would save this family with a special needs child a great deal of time and money running here and there and yon getting scripts for tamiflu
