Absolute disrespect for the patient, I had an appointment at 10.30, I arrived at 10.15, it was 11.10 and they still did not attend me, I had to collect all the information that I had provided and leave. My question is: I was going to pay them for the time that the doctors spent with my appointment. Who pays for the time I was waiting outside the time for which my appointment was scheduled?
