We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday tonight and the restaurant was absolutely amazing! Chef William’s Beef Wellington is a must try- it did not disappoint! The service from Lauren was impeccable. Definitely grateful for Colbalt Grille and it’s staff for doing an awesome job 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Grabbed a last minute reservation for our anniversary despite COVID. We wanted to support a locally owned restaurant because the restaurants have been hit so hard. We arrived early and intended to sit outside, but it was raining. The owner saved a booth for us just in case because of the rain. We were seated right away even though we arrived a half hour early.
