I purchased a home from Manuel that he supposedly renovated and I've had problems every since! So many repairs/renovations are subpar and have been unraveling piece by piece! Everything was thrown together to create a look but the foundation of it all is crumbling! My cabinet shelves are falling, all porcelain tiles in bathroom are cracked because subfloor is weak,kitchen floor is soft and needs replacing, toilets are leaking and I had to come in replacing a roof he knew was old and rotten but still insisted he patched it up... read more

I hired Cobalt Construction for a kitchen renovation, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The project, which was supposed to take three weeks, ended up dragging on for over three and a half months.
