They charged a lady a couple of weeks ago 401.00 for a job . That at Home Depot the parts are 30 dollars and were only there 1 half hour.
They took advantage of an elderly lady. My mother in-law called them to fix a leaking garbage disposal. They charged her $370 for a $50.47 Waste King garbage disposal and then charged her $363 for a $118 Kohler faucet that she didn’t need. Her faucet was only a couple months old. It didn’t leak and worked perfectly fine. How can people live with themselves after doing things like this? We had a great experience with them not only did they fix the issue they told us about the process and what could cause different issues they spent the time to teach us something new ! We will only call them as we trust and respect Coates Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Water Services.
They are the best in every aspect of plumbing, heating and cooling. They have done work for me along time. There service and installation are excellent.
