this company sent two employees to our home. they did a terrible job cleaning windows and left them streaked and as dirty as they were when they started. they had all kinds of excuses for it. i contacted the company and said not to send the same terrible employees back. the company did not listen and sent the same employees and said "they were on commission" so they could not send any others. however they did not tell me that when i sent an email requesting other employees. the same employees came back and said "your windows... read more

Dear Mr. ******* - as stated in all the other emails, which I can provide to the BBB as proof : 1) you requested we come back to clean your windows that you said were still dirty 2) I asked which windows were a concern, as you have hard water stains on your windows that do not come up with just regular window cleaning and in most cases never come off, you said no those were not the windows discussed at the time of the first service.
