someone stole my things out of my car. Tools of course so you know it was one of them. Nothing else was taken out of all I had in my car, my tools come up missing. What a coincidence. Pety no I don't recommend coastal wrecker. Then of course they're going to say not responsible for stolen property... because you know you're going to steal people things. No my car wasn't broken into it was stolen by their employees. God it's hard to find trust worthy people. DESPICABLE
Very loving and caring place of business. I was greeted with hugs and the employees went above and beyond to comfort me with the situation I’m enduring with my father. Coastal didn’t have to go above and beyond but they did and I am forever grateful! I can’t thank you guys enough!!!!!!!!!
Thought Coastal was going to be the answer to my issue...NOPE! Called them at 430pm to have our tractor towed...was told it would be an hour. Tow driver called my driver and said it would be 615pm...ok no problem. Then it went to 830pm. Tow driver finally showed up at 9pm with an attitude and no desire to help! He started working on the set up for towing and at 1003 pm he called me and said he was sorry but he could do it...he had to be somewhere else at 4am in the morning. They have a quick response time and they are awesome people! They get the job done and they are great at what they do!
They took my window off my truck and now is trying to make me pay for damages they made.
