Had my windows tinted on a Saturday, and weather cracked my drivers side window the following day. Patrick worked with me on Monday finding a place to get my window fixed and also tinting the new window before I left to go back home. I was only here for 10 days on business and Patrick made sure I would be all set, even it meant working late. His team, their work, and Patrick work above and beyond to help out customers and their work definitely follows that.
