Very bad experience here. Made an appointment a week in advance to get my windows tinted on my brand new 2020 Civic with less than 400 miles on it. Appointment was at 12:30PM and before I left, they said it would take 2-3 hours. Three hours goes by and I still didn’t hear anything about my car, so I call up there and they said it will be about 45 more minutes. We get there 45 mins later and my car was still not finished. I was recommended this place through a good friend of mine! They were so friendly and customer service was awesome! I came all the from Louisiana to Mississippi to get the tint done in my 🚙! The lady at the desk was super sweet!! I told her how I wanted the tint . The guys put it on. They really did a great job! No issues so far! Thank God it’s under warranty!
