I have stayed here several times and always return b/c of the excellent location and price. This year the grounds were looking amazing, lots of flowers around the pool area, it just looked delightful! It's looked the best that it has in years! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I am looking forward to returning again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone! It's right on the beach, you can walk to dining and for the price...you can't beat it!

For many years running, my family and I have stayed here. The room service is excellent, office staff knowledgable and location a key. Value + quality. How often does that happen. A summer without a week at Coastal Waters, is no summer to me at all. Thanks for your years of being there as a fun family get-a-way!!!

We can not say enough good about our recent stay at the Coastal Waters Inn. The rooms are not huge but are so clean and fresh. The walls appeared to be recently painted. The bathroom is small but has a good sized shower (we are both bigger people). The pool was always pristine and so were the grounds. Loved getting the newspaper every morning right at the door! This motel suited our needs perfectly. We wanted to extend our stay having to move out of the condo. Great location. On the beach. Nice pool area. Fresh, clean, all non-smoking rooms. Nice ice machine centrally located. Very nice people in reception and housekeeping. Very quiet during the non spring break week.

I must say in my seven years of being part of coastal waters, this is the best year! With the addition of new front staff, BBQ area, fresh paint, upgrades, and the views of the ocean from nealy every balcony, this Is the best have seen! It ay not be a 5 star hotel with granite counters and hardwood floor, but the cooperative and friendly staff make this vacation get.a.way worth the investment. The large pool area is a big plus for the kiddos too.

They have a kids pool right next to the regular one, they have nice big kithchens stocked with everything you need except food along with a microwave, you can see the ocean from almost every room, there are bathrooms by the pool, and there is an EXCELLANT little pizza place across the street that delivers and a nicer restraunt 2 doors down. It is also located by a kids play area.

My family and I have gone to Coastal Waters 2 years in a row and are going back this year. Great location right on the beach, good prices, and nice staff.We would recommend it to anyone, especially families as it is quiet at night. We love it there!

the rooms are GREAT and beach access and parking was super. Your room is fully stocked with plates and everything. No paper towels though. you dont need to eat out at all, because you can bring all your own food, but there is a great pizza place across the street and Norwoods is awesome!!! The pool is great and not overchlorinated. plent of space for everyone!!!
