this place is great!! right on the beach big rooms with full kitchen and living rooms!! what a value too, ive been there a few times and plan to go back more. nice big pool and the baby pool is awesome too.

We live close by (45 minutes) and love to stay at Coastal Waters for a quick getaway. The rooms are bright and airy and the kitchenettes are stocked with everything you might need. It is a smaller hotel, and very quiet. Directly on the beach, you just cannot find a cuter and more welcoming place to stay, and we have probably stayed in every hotel in the area (unfortunately, Coastal Waters is frequently full!).

We walked in off the street and booked a room for the night - The staff was friendly and accomadating. The room was clean and nice. There was a "friendly feel" to the place, with a nice pool area and grassy courtyard. Price was fair. We are planning to stay there again in the future.

We stayed at the Coastal Waters for 4 nights during speedweeks. We did not run into any attitude problems with front desk. Of course we were never there when the cleaning people were around. Room was very clean and comfortable. Looked like new furniture and funishings were in the room. Did not go to beach though. We will return again.

We stayed in an ocean view suite that accommodated my family of 5. We had such a great unit with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The room was immaculate. Cleanliness of the units would be graded as an a plus. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were there to help with all our needs. The place has turned around since Ocean Properties took over. There are no more "no's" thrown in your face all the time. The place has been refurbished, painted and beautifully landscaped. Our family recently stayed at Coastal Waters. We had two newly renovated connecting rooms and we were very happy. The outside was freshly cleaned and painted, our rooms were newly updated, and a painting crew was working on other rooms while we were there. The pool was spotlessly clean. The staff is super friendly and the kitchen appliances were very clean. I was in need for a time out; alone time. The Coastal Waters Inn was quite, serene, I loved it. In fact I tried to book again and the rooms were full. I would be eager to stay their again for an extended weekend. I loved it. In fact the hotel staff, I believe the gentlemen's name was Derek, called me to ask i if the accommdations were okay and if I needed anything! How impressive is that. Very pleased

We enjoyed it. My 3 year old granddaughter had a great time in the pools! The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly.
