Today I had an appointment with Doctor Carla Blankenship one of the doctors at Coastal Vision Center. I have never experienced such an extraordinary eye doctor in all of my 40 years of eye care. I recommend this group for their care and professionalism.

Dr. Poston is a terrific doctor, caring, up-to-date and knowledgeable. Everyone is professional and friendly. We have been going to them for over 15 years.
I've been going to Coastal Vision Center for years and I was happy up until now. Drs. Poston and Turbeville are great, but their (new?) staff lied to me, hung up on me and denied me accommodations as a disabled person. I will take my business elsewhere.
Dr Poston always takes his time, answers all my questions and gives me a very thorough exam.
Amazing place and nicest people! Visiting from out of town and our daughter broke glasses at the hinge and they fixed no charge. Never been there before not a patient or anything. Now that's true customer service!
After living in SC for a year, I finally found a Vision Center that carries Silhouette frames. Debbie was so kind and courteous. She actually helped me pick a color that looked good on me. So excited to get these glasses in a few weeks and, get these heavy ones I have now, off my face!
I've been a patient of Dr Jerd Poston's for over 30 years. Dr Poston is the only optometrist who could get my prescription correct as I am very near sighted....vision approximately 20/800. I'd lived in NC for two years and the optometrist I saw couldn't even get my prescription right and I couldn't see through the eyeglasses they gave me. I came to Myrtle Beach to see Dr Poston and he corrected their error, and I had new eyeglasses that corrected my vision to normal vision.
