Do not rent with them!!! New ownership same staff run not worth your money 💰 charge you things you don't own when you move out and charge fees you new nothing about without giving notice to you about and. Try to keep your deposit... On top on the nasty living spaces and living with strangers you don't know that cause a lot more issues and that assault people and they do nothing about it !!! It's very corrupt and unprofessional management still there

I wish the new owner would look at the reviews and address the issues. We have had the same issues: charging $250 for paint and an additional $250 for scuffs when normal wear and tear, like minor scuffs or faded paint, is the landlord's responsibility! Maintenance has come in without 24 hour notice and safety issues with theft and broken cameras go unchanged. When asked to speak to the property manager and the property manager's supervisor, the calls go unanswered.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!The past year has been terrible. If you have a problem in your apartment, don’t expect it to get fixed for weeks. Maintenance constantly comes in without warnings very early in the mornings even though they’re supposed to tell you 24 hours in advance. They don’t even fix anything. My ac has been broken for over a week and it’s stuck at 81°F. Despite constantly letting them know that the situation is unlivable and making multiple maintenance requests nobody has fixed it. My boyfriend lived here for two years. During the two years there were unlivable mold circumstances that they hardly could fix. There were bugs and dirt all over the apartment when they moved in. And now when they are moving out they want to charge EACH person $250 to repaint the walls.
